Delete your account

You can ask us to permanently delete your MedAI account and all associated data at any time. This action cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, avatar received from Google).
• All prescription analyses and test reports tied to your account.
• All medication reminders and schedules.
• All chat / AI assistant history.
• Authentication tokens.

What may be retained briefly

• Server access logs (for security purposes) — automatically purged within 30 days.
• Encrypted backups — overwritten on the next backup cycle (within 30 days).

How to request deletion

Send an email to privacy@medaibd.health from the email address registered with your MedAI account. Include the subject "Account Deletion Request".

We will verify the request, complete the deletion within 30 days, and email you a confirmation when it is done.
