MedAI

Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 May 2026

These Terms govern your use of the MedAI mobile application and related services operated by Supecoder. By using MedAI you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MedAI.

2. The Service is informational, not medical advice

MedAI provides AI-generated and database-derived information about medications, prescriptions, and possible interactions. It is not a medical device, not a substitute for a pharmacist or doctor, and must not be relied upon to make treatment decisions. Always verify with a licensed professional. Supecoder is not liable for decisions made based on the Service.

3. AI accuracy

AI analysis can misread handwriting, miss medications, or produce incorrect dosages or instructions. Treat all AI output as a draft to verify, not a final answer. If you detect an error, do not act on the output.

4. Your account

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. Intellectual property

The MedAI app, the Supecoder name, the medaibd.health website, and all related content (excluding your own prescription images and personal data) are owned by Supecoder and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Your content

You retain all rights to images and notes you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to deliver the Service to you (e.g., run analysis, show your history). We do not use your content to train AI models.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (Google, OpenAI, MongoDB Atlas, UploadThing). Their availability and pricing is outside our control. We are not responsible for their actions, but we choose them carefully and bind them with data processing terms.

9. Pricing and changes

The Service is currently free for individual personal use. We may introduce paid plans in the future. We may change features, suspend, or discontinue all or parts of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice when feasible.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPECODER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Supecoder harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you in the app. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
